Employment
Employment Law governs relationships in the workplace, through a combination of contract law and statutory rights. Many of these rights have origins in European Community law.
We have years of experience of advising both employers and employees about their statutory obligations and rights including redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, equal pay, working conditions and contracts of employment. We are also able to advise our clients with regard to Compromise Agreements, documents which are now commonly used by employers.
We are able to advise and represent either party before Employment Tribunals, particularly in cases relating to redundancy and unfair and wrongful dismissal.
