At The Eric Whitehead Partnership we offer the highest level of legal services to our clients. Eric W B Whitehead started the firm in the 1950s as a sole practitioner. The firm has its offices in the Staffordshire market town of Cheadle and has three Directors, Nicolas John, Timothy Halliday BA (Hons) and Nicholas J John BA (Hons). The Directors are assisted by the firm's Civil Litigation Executive, Kevin J Bowden.

The Eric Whitehead Partnership has joined a select group of legal firms to have been awarded The Law Society's Lexcel award. This award is described by The Law Society as "an effective way to assure quality services in the legal profession". The Lexcel award is only given to those firms which achieve outstanding standards in client care, practice management and case management.

All of the firm's Directors have received awards of "outstanding legal practice" from The Good Lawyer Guide.
